A SECURITY COMPANY WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONAL

Hely Legal has been using the services of ASC for many years and have found their service always efficient and they have been happy to answer any questions. We highly recommend their services.

I am a thirty year customer of Australian Security and very happy with their services at our homes and businesses, don’t go anywhere else for security services

On time, fixed the problem quickly and I was so impressed he had a spare battery in his vehicle so no waiting around. Problem solved in no time.

Chris, Yolande and the team at Australian Security have been amazing. Assisted in change over of store monitoring and updating CCTV. Always happy to answer any question and assist in any way they can. Thanks guys.

Ignite Travel Group has been working with Australian Security Company in Southport for almost two decades, and their service has been consistently outstanding. Our first security installation was completed in 2006, followed by system upgrades as our business continued to expand in 2009, 2021, and 2023 with the addition of our second office. In 2024, Australian Security Company again supported us through an office expansion, upgrading our system and adding security cameras. Each project has been delivered professionally, efficiently, and with a clear understanding of our evolving business needs. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Glenn Sears and Yolande Smith, who have looked after our security requirements for the past 20 years. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to service have been exceptional, and they have always provided trusted advice and reliable support. Australian Security Company offers fair pricing and exceptional service for all our security needs across alarm systems, back-to-base monitoring, CCTV monitoring, access control, mobile security services, remote access control, and annual routine maintenance. We highly recommend them to any business looking for a long-term, dependable security partner.

We have used ASC for several years for our home security and have always been happy with the service and oversight provided. We had a recent (fortunately false) alarm incident due to an internal sensor being triggered and were reassured by their timely on site response and follow up communication with us. Happy to recommend.

I've been in business for 34 years. I have been with Australian Security for most of it, and they have been the best. I admit that slick salespeople come to my store and talk me into switching security providers. I've never lasted long with another provider. If you compare every security company to Australian Security, there is no contest. I'll be with them forever.

Great company, have been with them for over 15 years, highly recommend

Exceptional Service from Australian Security Company. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Australian Security Company. From the very first interaction 3 years ago , their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering high-quality security solutions. Their staff are punctual, well-presented, and clearly very well trained. You can tell they take pride in their work and in representing their company to the highest standard. Communication has always been excellent, and they are proactive in identifying and addressing any potential issues before they become problems. What really stands out is their reliability and attention to detail. It gives great peace of mind knowing that our premises are in such capable hands. They go above and beyond what you would normally expect from a security provider. I would highly recommend Australian Security Company to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and top-tier security services. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
